Giving your face moisture

Giving your face moisture

If your skin needs some moisture, try a hydrating face mask.  It will make you look dewy and it plumps up lines so that they are harder to see.

You can create your own face mask in just minutes.  Try this:

In a bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon of honey, 5 tablespoons of dry oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt.  Spread the mix on your face, avoiding your eye area.  Leave it on for 20 minutes.  If you have sensitive skin, combine the dry oatmeal powder with 1/2 tablespoon of almond oil, juice from half a lemon and 1 egg white instead.

Or if you don't want to make your own or just simply don't have the time in today's hectic world, here's a great one to try

If your face needs a deep cleaning, coat it with ingredients that draw out impurities and unclogs pores. Here is another mask that you can make right at home:

Mix together 1/4 cup of mashed up strawberries, 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon of rice flour. Smooth the paste on your face, avoiding your eyes and let it stay on for 20 minutes.

It does a great job of exfoliating your face and making it feel soft and renewed.

Enjoy
